R APHAELL A BOOZ
South of Brazil, Santa Catarina, São João Batista, April 24th 1966.
The doors of Industria e Comércio de Calçados Tânia Ltda. were opened by Ary Booz. With only 8 employees and a fundamentally artisanal production of 25 pairs per day, the distinguishing style of its leather shoes, Louis XV style, soon came to be worn by all Brazil.
Today, located at a 10,000 m² industrial park with 4.000 m² of constructed area, it produces 5000 pairs of shoes per day, counts on 250 employees, and indirectly employs more than 1000 people. Cláudio Cesar Booz, son of Ary Booz, directs the paths opened by his father.
In the 90's the company incorporated new tendencies, revisited classic designs, and launched the brand Raphaella Booz. With products attuned to female desires, Raphaella Booz enchants its consumers, winning over the Brazilian and international market.
Capturing the heat of the tropics, the color and joy of the Brazilian summer, in 2004 the company launched the brand Zabumba, a sales success in Brazil and abroad. The Raphaella Booz team travels constantly to European countries and the United States in order to bring new trends from the fashion world, and to update its models every 30 days.
Uniqueness, style, quality, innovation, human value and responsibility. Raphaella Booz has been following its paths and winning over numberless frontiers with its product line.

CLEANING AND PRESERVATION
Avoid contact with chemical or cleaning products, as both may cause damage to leather and to other materials. For suede, use a brush with dry and soft bristles. For leather, use a dry flannel or a lightly dampened clean cloth. Never use the washing machine/dryer, or rinse. Keep footwear in a ventilated location.
LEATHER
Leather models may display small marks, veins and tonal variations. These are not defects but natural characteristics of real leather.
WOOD, WOOD SOLES
Wooden models are manufactured manually and therefore may display some differences between one foot and the other. In the event of friction, marks, scratches or "splinters" may appear that do not characterize a defect. Cleaning should be carried out with a clean and dry cloth.
FABRICS, SUEDE, CORK, METALLIC MATERIAL, INSOLES AND PLATFORMS
Models with insoles or platforms lined with the materials cited above may become stained if the feet are not duly clean and dry. Creams and ointments can also damage such materials. Fabric linings may present differences from one foot to another; this does not characterize a defect.
SOLES AND HEELSS
Owing to friction between the sole and rough surfaces marks or scratches may occur on soles and heels; this does not characterize a defect.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Raphaella Booz reserves the right to carry out an analysis of the product in order to decide on exchange or repair, which will only be effected when faults in the production or quality of the materials are identified. The product should be presented at the same store where it was acquired, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, as per the Consumer Defense Code.
